Plans & pricing

Two products, priced two different ways. The CRM is a subscription per user per month; a website is a fixed price paid once. You can take either on its own.

The products

• Vendra CRM — pipeline, contacts, tasks, documents, invoicing, basic automations and reports. From 299 kr. per user per month.
• Vendra Websites — a site designed and built for you, made live, and yours afterwards. 8.000 kr., paid once. Hosting, a domain, support, SEO and monthly reporting are optional and priced separately.

Extra users

Additional CRM users cost less than the first — 199 kr. per user per month. A website has no per-user cost, because nobody signs in to it. The exact rates are on the pricing page and in your account, in your own currency.

Add-ons

• Vendra Assist — drafts and summaries from your notes, lead scoring, and the next step on every deal, worked out from your own records by a rule engine whose rules you can read and change. 149 kr. per user per month; the arithmetic runs in your own browser, so your customer data never leaves your workspace.
• Website services — hosting 299 kr., domain 99 kr., support 149 kr., SEO 899 kr. and reporting 199 kr., each per month. Start or stop any of them yourself from your account page; a cancellation runs to the end of the month you have paid for.

Annual billing

Paying for a year up front costs the equivalent of ten months. There is no minimum term on monthly billing and no lock-in required to get a sane price.
