Data Processing Agreement (in brief)
When you store your customers’ personal data in Vendra, you are the controller and Vendra is your processor. Our DPA sets out that we:
- process personal data only on your documented instructions;
- keep data within the EU and apply appropriate safeguards for any transfer;
- ensure confidentiality and appropriate technical and organisational security measures;
- use only approved sub-processors (below) and remain responsible for them;
- assist you with data-subject requests and breach notification;
- delete or return personal data at the end of the agreement.

Sub-processors
- Stripe — payment processing.
- EU cloud hosting — application hosting and data storage within the EU.
- Trustpilot — review invitations. Their script runs on our public pages and not on any page you sign in to.
