Buying phone numbers across the EU in Vendra One, assigning them to people or teams, or connecting your own SIP trunk.

You can either buy numbers through Vendra or bring your own SIP trunk. Both end up in the same place: a browser softphone that works without installing anything.

Buying a number

Pick a country and an area, and the number is provisioned and attached to your account. Numbers are available across most of the EU — Denmark, Germany, France, Spain, Portugal and others — which matters if you want a local presence in a market you are calling into.

Assigning

A number can belong to a person or to a team. Assigned to a team, an inbound call rings whoever is available rather than one individual, so holiday and sickness do not silently drop calls.

Bringing your own SIP

If you already have a carrier you are happy with, connect the trunk instead. You keep your existing numbers and rates; Vendra provides the softphone, the dialing modes, the recording and the CRM write-back.

Call usage is billed on actual use, separately from your plan. Numbers carry a small monthly rental. Neither is included in the plan price, because telephony is a pass-through cost rather than something we can bundle honestly.
